3. Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email info@theultimatekitchenjourney.com with photos.
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
